Ingredients
  • 3 1/2 lb whole chicken, skinned, cut up into chunks
  • 1 big tub non-fat yogurt
  • 1/2 bottle ketchup
  • 3-4 tbsp curry powder
  • 3-4 tbsp garlic powder or crushed fresh cloves equivalent
  • salt to taste

Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients in your baking dish and let marinate for at least 4 hours
  2. Cook at 375 degrees or until done.
