Tuna Noodle Casserole Recipe
Will change the way you feel about tuna casserole. My husband LOVES it!!

Ingredients
  • Casserole:
  • 1 cup rotini, farfalle, or macaroni pasta, uncooked
  • 3 6 oz. cans tuna drained well
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 small can mushrooms, drained (optional)
  • 2 cups frozen peas or frozen mixed veg
  • 2-3 roasted red peppers, chopped fine
  • 1 grated onion
  • 2 tsp celery salt
  • Topping:
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup bisquick mix
  • 1/2 stick butter

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  2. Cook pasta in boiling water til done and drain.
  3. Mix together with remaining casserole ingredients.
  4. Put in the oven, covered, for 30 minutes.
  5. Remove from oven and uncover casserole.
  6. In a bowl combine cheese and bisquick mix together and sprinkle all over top of casserole.
  7. Take the butter and dot the top of casserole with chunks of the butter.
  8. Return to oven, uncovered for 10-15 more minutes or until crust becomes golden brown and somewhat bubbly.
  9. Cool it off for a few minutes and Dig In!

add frozen peas to this casserole also. about 1/2 cup should do.
