Ingredients

1 pound hamburger

1 medium green pepper, chopped

1 medium onion, chopped

1 can (11 1/8 oz) condensed Italian tomato soup, undiluted

1 jar (4 1/2 oz) sliced mushrooms, drained

2 cups (8 oz) shredded mozzarella cheese

1 package (32 oz) frozen tater tots

Directions

In a skillet, cook the hamburger, pepper and onion until meat is no longer pink; drain.

Add soup and mushrooms.

Transfer to a greased 13x9x2-inch baking dish. Top with cheese and potatoes.

Bake, uncovered, at 400F for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
