How to make it

  • Salt chicken and leave for 30 minutes.
  • Mix beer with chopped rosemary, mustard, pepper, nutmeg, lemon juice and some oilive oil.
  • Marinate for 30 minutes.
  • Preheat oven to 180°C and bake for 40 minutes, after raise heat to 200°C and leave for another 10 minutes.
  • I made some potato with it which I have cut in pieces, salted, and added about 1 dl white wine and some thyme. Baked in oven.

    This is good. I didn't know wheather to cook the chicken covered, or uncovered--I left it uncovered. I also added the entire lemon to the marinade. Otherwise, I stayed true to the recipe. Next time I would add a tad bit more salt after allowing the meat to marinate, and before putting it in the oven. It was a little bland when I took it out of the oven, but it was easy to adjust the salt, so no points lost there. Thanks for the post.
