My oldest daughter doesn't much care for Cauliflower but if I make it this way she will eat it with no fuss and ask for more!

Ingredients
  • 1/2 head cauliflower
  • 1/2 pound bacon, cook until crisp, crumble
  • 2 medium tomatoes chopped
  • 10-12 green onions sliced ( including the green)
  • 1/2 miracle whip
  • Lettace (optional)

Directions
  1. Put the cauliflower through a food processor with the shredding disk.
  2. Combine the cooked cauliflower with the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
  3. If you wand serve on lettace or wrapped in large lettace leaf.
