Brussel Sprout Casserole For Ragdolly Recipe
Quick, creamy, nutty Brussel Sprouts

Ingredients
  • 1/2 C. chopped hazelnuts
  • 1 lge. pkg. frozen brussel sprouts OR 15 fresh brussel sprouts, cleaned and halved
  • Cooking spray
  • 1 can Cream of Celery Soup
  • 1/2 can milk (or 1/2 and 1/2 if not dieting)
  • 1/2 tsp. granulated garlic

Directions
  1. Roast chopped hazelnuts in a 350 degree oven for 15-20 min. or until brown.
  2. Defrost frozen sprouts in the microwave or steam fresh 1/2's until just tender
  3. Spray a non stick casserole or large sauce pan with spray
  4. Mix soup and your choice of milk or 1/2 and 1/2 together well with garlic
  5. Pour into casserole and fold in sprouts and 3/4 of the toasted nuts.
  6. Top with remaining nuts and bake uncovered for 20 minutes.
  7. Serve
