Brussel Sprout casserole for Ragdolly

- 1/2 C. chopped hazelnuts shopping list
- 1 lge. pkg. frozen brussel sprouts OR 15 fresh brussel sprouts, cleaned and halved shopping list
- cooking spray shopping list
- 1 can cream of celery soup shopping list
- 1/2 can milk (or 1/2 and 1/2 if not dieting) shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. granulated garlic shopping list
How to make it
- Roast chopped hazelnuts in a 350 degree oven for 15-20 min. or until brown.
- Defrost frozen sprouts in the microwave or steam fresh 1/2's until just tender
- Spray a non stick casserole or large sauce pan with spray
- Mix soup and your choice of milk or 1/2 and 1/2 together well with garlic
- Pour into casserole and fold in sprouts and 3/4 of the toasted nuts.
- Top with remaining nuts and bake uncovered for 20 minutes.
- Serve
