Ingredients
  • 1 pound Chinese broccoli OR any types of vegetable you desire
  • oyster sauce mixer ( see stir-fry sauce)
  • 2 glove garlic crushed
  • 2 tbsp of sesame oil

Directions
  1. Prepare the broccoli – Cut off the hard stems at the bottom, then wash and drain thoroughly. Cut the stalks and leaves into roughly 1-inch pieces.
  2. In a pot, bring water to boil enough to cover the vegetables. Boil broccoli for about 2-3 mintues until it turn bright green( dont' over cook) removed and drained.
  3. In a frying pan, add 2 tbsp of sesame oil and garlic cook until golden brown, add stir-fry sauce mixer and cook it about 1-2 minutes until sauce thicken up. If the sauce is too thick, add a little of water.
  4. Mix the sauce in together with vegetables if desire...or arrange Chinese Broccoli on serving plate and top with stir-fry sauce and it ready to serve...best serve as a side dish on your dinner table..
