Lip Smacker Graham Crackers

- 2 cups whole wheat flour shopping list
- 1 cup flour shopping list
- ½ tsp baking soda shopping list
- 1 tsp baking powder shopping list
- pinch salt shopping list
- ½ cup shortening shopping list
- ¾ cup honey shopping list
- 1 tsp vanilla shopping list
- 4 tbsp skim milk shopping list
How to make it
- Sift together the first 5 ingredients. Set aside.
- Cream together the shortening and honey.
- Add the vanilla extract.
- Add flour mixture to shortening mixture, alternating with the milk. Mix well after each addition.
- Divide dough into thirds; roll out each portion onto a cookie sheet to about ½” thick.
- Cut into six squares. Prick each cracker several times.
- Bake at 350°F for about 12 minutes.
