Hey 2 questions:
1- what kind of apples?
2- what is that word that looks like cinnamon? and what is it?
(ok i guess that makes 3 questions!)

Hey Kiko... Any kind of baking apple would do... I usually use granny smiths... and cardamom is a spice in the ginger family... so, 1/4 tsp ground ginger would work, and you'd probably not notice the difference. Enjoy.
