Easy cabbage stew. Great campfire recipe.

Ingredients
  • 1# Smoked Sausage, Sliced
  • 1 head cabbage, cut up
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 can (28 oz) diced tomatoes (with liquid)
  • 1/2 of tomaot can filled with water
  • Salt and pepper - to taste

Directions
  1. Brown sausage in DO
  2. Add cabbage and onion
  3. Pour in tomatoes and water
  4. Simmer for about 1 - 1/2 hours
