old time potato salad

- Serves 8
this was handed down from my mother-in-law.
Ingredients
- 6-8 potato shopping list
- 6 eggs boiled shopping list
- 1 large onion shopping list
- 1/3 green pepper shopping list
- 3 celery stalks shopping list
- 1 cup mayo shopping list
- 1 1/2 TBS mustard shopping list
- 1 1/2 TBS vinegar shopping list
- 1 tsp sugar shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- cut potato into bite size pieces. cover with water and boil till soft. remove from water.
- chop 4 of the eggs; onion; green pepper; celery
- mix with potato
- in seperate bowl mix mayo; mustard; vinegar; sugar; and salt and pepper
- pour mayo mixture over potato mixture and mix
- top with remaining sliced eggs and sprinkle with paprika
