My favorite dipping sauce, good with dumplings, fried fish, or even hot pots

Ingredients
  • 3 chilli, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup of spring onion, finely sliced
  • 3 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
  • pinch of sugar
  • 1/4 cup of soy sauce

Directions
  1. Mix all ingredients, serve
  2. for hot pot add an egg yolk, you'll have a richer sauce
  3. my second favorite is even easier, just mix 2 tbs of sesame paste with 1 tbs of vinegar, 1 teaspoon of soy sauce and a pinch of sugar
