This is not my own recipe but one I've used for several years. This is a delicious mocha or coffee and chocolate-flavored recipe from C&H Sugar Company. This recipe is perfect as both a filling and a frosting for either chocolate cakes or vanill... More

Ingredients
- 4 cups C&H Pure Cane Powdered Sugar
- 1 tsp. coffee crystals, instant
- 3 tbsp. cocoa powder, unsweetened
- 1/3 cup butter, (2/3 stick) melted
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 4 to 5 tbsp. water
Directions
- In large bowl, sift sugar, coffee and cocoa.
- Beat in butter and vanilla.
- Add enough water to make a spreading consistency .
- Beat until smooth.
- This makes enough for a two-layer cake or 12 cupcakes.
