Mocha Frosting

- 4 cups C&H Pure Cane powdered sugar shopping list
- 1 tsp. coffee crystals, instant shopping list
- 3 tbsp. cocoa powder, unsweetened shopping list
- 1/3 cup butter, (2/3 stick) melted shopping list
- 1 tsp. vanilla shopping list
- 4 to 5 tbsp. water shopping list
How to make it
- In large bowl, sift sugar, coffee and cocoa.
- Beat in butter and vanilla.
- Add enough water to make a spreading consistency .
- Beat until smooth.
- This makes enough for a two-layer cake or 12 cupcakes.
