Awesome! Glad you liked it. Easy is best on the busy school/work nights. There's something about the beans and the smoky(sp?) flavor of the kielbasa that feeds the soul. Play with the seaonings and green veggies, too. We served it over noodles, but yeah- it would go well over rice.

Made this recipe last night. I stoped at the grocery store after work and it was done about twenty minutes after I got home. I read an article that said I (those in there 30's) should eat lots of poultry, beans, and fish, so this recipe was just what I was looking for. I used turkey kielbasa and pinto beans. It was quite tasty. I also thought of all the combinations that could be made from this simple recipe, by changing the kind of sausage and/or beans. This also could be served over rice or pasta. Thanks for the post. It's a keeper.
