- 1 spring chicken, cut into small pieces shopping list
- 1 piece of ginger, bruise shopping list
- pinch of white pepper shopping list
- pinch of salt shopping list
- piece of celery shopping list
- piece of leek shopping list
- 6 cups of spring water shopping list
How to make it
- boil in a wok of boiling water for 3 minutes, drain
- bring spring water to the boil add chicken pieces,
- add ginger, celery and leek, cover and cook for 20 minutes add salt and white pepper, cover and cook for another 20 minutes,
- turn off the heat, don't open the lid for at least 10 minutes, serve
