Old recipe. Easy and fast. Delicious.

Ingredients
  • 2 packages frozen chopped spinach
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • Garlic salt, butter, salt to taste
  • Buttered bread crumbs

Directions
  1. Cook spinach and drain
  2. In bowl, mix with other ingredients except bread crumbs
  3. Spoon into casserole
  4. Cover with buttered crumbs
  5. Bake at 350 degrees until thoroughly hot, about 20 minutes
