These are really easy and yummy. I make these for meals too. They were a hit at supperbowl.

Ingredients
  • 1 pound hamburger
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 c chopped onions
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1/2 c grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 c bread crumbs ( I make my own with the heels of the bread)
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 16-18 sliced puttered bread

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Brown hamburger, drain.
  3. Mix soup, onions, egg, cheese, bread crumbs.
  4. Cut crusts off of bread
  5. Place buttered side down in muffin tin.
  6. Fill pretty full with meat mixture.
  7. Bake 40 minutes
