Mustard Bean Pickles

- 5 pounds beans cut and cooked until tender shopping list
- 3 cups vinegar shopping list
- 4 tablespoons mustard shopping list
- 2 cups water shopping list
- 4 cups white sugar shopping list
- 1 teaspoon turmeric shopping list
- 8 tablespoons flour shopping list
- 1 teaspoon pickling salt shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all dry ingredients then mix in water.
- Add vinegar and bring to a boil stirring gradually until thickened.
- Pour over beans and heat and seal in sterilized jars.
- Process according to manufacturers instructions.
