Cream of Mushroom Soup

- 8 ounces thinly sliced mushrooms shopping list
- 2 cups boiling water shopping list
- 3 chicken bouillon cubes or equivalent base shopping list
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion shopping list
- 1/4 cup butter shopping list
- 3 tablespoons flour shopping list
- 3 cups milk shopping list
- pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- In large saucepan combine mushrooms,boiling water,bouillon and onion.
- Bring to boil cover and simmer 20 minutes
- Melt butter in another saucepan, blend in flour
- Gradually add milk cook and stir until thickened.
- Add sauce to mushrooms
- Season with pepper
