How to make it

  • prepare pasta
  • While pasta cooks place next 5 ingredients(broth through ginger root) in a blender or food processor until smooth
  • Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium heat
  • Add onions, curry, garlic saute 3 minutes
  • Add shrimp cook 6 minutes or until shrimp is done.
  • Stir in peanut sauce cook for 1 minute
  • Serve over pasta, sprinkle with cilantro
  • Variation: 1/3 cup bean sprouts on top of pasta before sauce
  • Crushed peanuts on top
  • Serve with limes and/or chile garlic sauce sold in asian markets
  • Enjoy!
