Italian Ground Beef Casserole

This casserole is so good my kids are pickey eaters and they love this. I use the flakey buttery crescant rolls. You can also add more beef I do.
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef shopping list
- 1 medium onion, chopped (can ommit onion) shopping list
- 1 jar spaghetti sauce (I dont use the whole jar I use about half or a lil more) shopping list
- 1 cup sour cream shopping list
- 1 package (12 oz. size) grated mozzarella or monterey jack cheese shopping list
- can also use cheddar . shopping list
- 1/2 stick margarine shopping list
- 1 can refrigerated crescent rolls shopping list
- 3 Tablespoons of grated can use kraft canned parmesan shopping list
How to make it
- Brown ground Beef and onion
- After cooking the meat add the speghetti sauce
- Pour ground beef mixture in a small to medium baking dish
- Mix sour cream and the 12 oz package of grated cheese together in a bowl then pour over the ground beef
- place the crescent rolls over the cheese mixture
- melt the butter and mix the parmesan cheese with the butter then pour on top of the rolls
- bake for 20-25minutes or until the rools are golden brown
