Italian Ground Beef Casserole Recipe
This casserole is so good my kids are pickey eaters and they love this. I use the flakey buttery crescant rolls. You can also add more beef I do.

Ingredients
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, chopped (can ommit onion)
  • 1 jar spaghetti sauce (I dont use the whole jar I use about half or a lil more)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 package (12 oz. size) grated mozzarella or Monterey Jack cheese
  • can also use cheddar .
  • 1/2 stick margarine
  • 1 can refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 3 Tablespoons of grated can use kraft canned parmesan

Directions
  1. Brown ground Beef and onion
  2. After cooking the meat add the speghetti sauce
  3. Pour ground beef mixture in a small to medium baking dish
  4. Mix sour cream and the 12 oz package of grated cheese together in a bowl then pour over the ground beef
  5. place the crescent rolls over the cheese mixture
  6. melt the butter and mix the parmesan cheese with the butter then pour on top of the rolls
  7. bake for 20-25minutes or until the rools are golden brown
