Spicy Crab Ball Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 small sweet onion, chopped

1 teaspoon olive oil

1 package 8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 can jumbo lump crabmeat, rinsed and drained (6 oz)

1 to 2 tablespoons adobo sauce (from canned chipotles)

10 smoked almonds, finely chopped

Directions

Stir together onion, cream cheese, crabmeat, and adobo sauce.

Cover and chill 2 hours.

Shape mixture into a ball; roll top in almonds.

Chill until ready to serve.

Serve with fresh veggies or crackers.
