- 3 cups allpurpose flour shopping list
- 2 cups sugar shopping list
- 1t baking soda shopping list
- 1t salt shopping list
- 1t cinamon shopping list
- 1 cup oil shopping list
- 1 1/2 t vanilla shopping list
- 1 cup crushed pineapple w/juice shopping list
- 1 cup chopped pecans shopping list
- 2 cups chopped bananas shopping list
- 3 beaten eggs shopping list
How to make it
- combine (sift together) dry ingredients
- add eggs and oil
- stir till all dry ingredients are moistened
- do not beat
- stir in vanilla ,pineapple,peacans and bananas
- spoon batter into 3 greased and floured pans
- (either 8 or 9 inch pans)
- bake@350 25-30min
- cool in pans 10 min then remove to wire rack to cool
- Frosting
- 8oz cream cheese (room temperture )
- 1/2 cup butter softened (same as 1 stick butter )
- 16oz powered sugar sifted
- 1t vanilla extract
- (if you use 9"inch pans you will need more frosting to completely cover the cake . consider letting the sides show as necessary
