Leftovers: Serve leftover ice-cream with some pancakes, in milkshakes or in ice-cream cones sprinkled with grated leftover white chocolate. Serve leftover cream with fresh fruit salad.

Ingredients
- 150g white chocolate
- 125mls (1/2 cup) thickened cream
- Chocolate ice-cream, to serve
- 1 40g scorched peanut bar, roughly chopped
Directions
- Break white chocolate into small pieces. Combine chocolate and cream in a small, heavy-based saucepan. Heat over low heat, stirring frequently with a wooden spoon, for 8-10 minutes or until chocolate melts and mixture is smooth.
- Place scoops of ice-cream into serving bowls, pour over white chocolate sauce and sprinkle with chopped scorched peanut bar.
