How to make it

  • Break white chocolate into small pieces. Combine chocolate and cream in a small, heavy-based saucepan. Heat over low heat, stirring frequently with a wooden spoon, for 8-10 minutes or until chocolate melts and mixture is smooth.
  • Place scoops of ice-cream into serving bowls, pour over white chocolate sauce and sprinkle with chopped scorched peanut bar.
