I'm proud of myself fellow Foodies. This is the first time I've made meatloaf. You may not believe this, but I've never even tasted it until tonight. The preparation took forever!

I have found that it is really good with ground turkey burger; Less fat.

I make meatloaf when I need something that takes 2 minutes to put together ... but yours sounds way better! Going to have to try this one. Holly's rice idea is great too. I usually use oatmeal instead of breadcrumbs.
