Ingredients
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1/4 C. Sugar
  • 2/3 C. Orange Juice
  • 1/3 C. Milk
  • 1/4 tsp. Nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp. Vanilla
  • Chopped Pecans (Optional)
  • 8 Pieces of thick-sliced French bread
  • Orange Juice Sauce:
  • 1/2 C. Sugar
  • 1/2 C. Butter
  • 1 C. Orange Juice (Cook down on low heat)

Directions
  1. Mix:
  2. Eggs
  3. Sugar
  4. OJ
  5. Milk
  6. Nutmeg
  7. Vanilla
  8. Dip 8 pieces of thick-sliced French bread (Cut diagonally) into mixture.
  9. Place on well-greased baking pan overnight.
  10. In the morning, bake 20 minutes at 350
  11. Turn over. Bake 10-12 more minutes.
  12. Top on Chopped Pecans (Optional)
  13. Serve with Orange Juice Sauce
