Ingredients

How to make it

  • preheat oven to 180 °CENTIGRADE
  • wash and pat dry chicken pieces
  • mix all above ingredients until 'pasty'
  • (add more oil or mustard, until just right consistency)
  • brush chicken on all sides with paste
  • put into lightly greased baking dish
  • stick into oven
  • check after about 30 minutes,
  • after about 45 minutes chicken should be done and tender.
  • it does not have a 'mustary' taste as the fat chicken skin sort of absorbs the mustard.
  • the flavour is really great!

This sounds so good and easy. I am sure it would be a hit in my house even if it did taste a bit mustardy.
