1960 Baked Beef Hash Recipe

1960 Baked Beef Hash Recipe
Years ago, "hash" was very popular. It was made from leftover roast beef, usually on top of the stove, the day after the roast was cooked. Hash was also served in small town cafes. This is an "uptown" version of a country main dish.Old recipe.
