Plum Cake

This cake is a wonderful easy dessert when just a plain one just won't do, Mmmmm Mmmmm
Ingredients
- 2 cup sugar shopping list
- 2 cup self-rising flour shopping list
- 3 eggs unbeaten shopping list
- 2 jars baby food plums shopping list
- 1 tsp. cloves shopping list
- 1 tsp. cinnamon shopping list
- 1/2 cup pecans, chopped shopping list
- Topping: shopping list
- 1 stick butter shopping list
- 3 oz. cream cheese shopping list
- 1/2 box powdered sugar shopping list
- Sprinkle nuts on top shopping list
How to make it
- Fold in all ingredients. Pour into greased & floured tube pan and bake at 325 for 1 hour 15 minutes.
- Topping:
- Mix all ingredients together. Place on cake.
- Enjoy!!
