Ingredients

2 cup sugar

2 cup self-rising flour

3 eggs unbeaten

2 jars baby food plums

1 tsp. cloves

1 tsp. cinnamon

1/2 cup pecans, chopped

Topping:

1 stick butter

3 oz. cream cheese

1/2 box powdered sugar

Sprinkle nuts on top

Directions

Fold in all ingredients. Pour into greased & floured tube pan and bake at 325 for 1 hour 15 minutes.

Topping:

Mix all ingredients together. Place on cake.

Enjoy!!
