How to make it

  • Butter cookie sheet and place graham crackers on this as close as possible. In medium saucepan, melt butter, margarine, and sugar. Stir and bring to rolling boil. Cook for 2 minutes.
  • Pour over graham crackers and spread to cover. Sprinkle with almonds and bake at 325 for 10 minutes.
  • Remove from cookie sheet with spatula and place on wax paper to cool. Separate crackers as you go. Cool, break into pieces, and store in air-tight container.
