Velveeta Rotel Dip Recipe

This is an obvious recipe, but I put it on here to share with a friend who had never tried it.

Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 2 (10 oz) cans Ro-Tel mild diced tomatoes & green chilies (one drained, one with liquid)
- 2 lbs. Kraft Velveeta
Directions
- Cook ground beef and drain well.
- Cut Velveeta into 1 inch chunks and put into sauce pan, over low heat.
- Stir in Ro-Tel, and cooked beef.
- Cook over low, stirring often, until cheese is melted. If mixture is too thick, add 1-2 tablespoons of milk.
- Serve with corn chips and enjoy.

Yep, I grew up on this recipe, and couldn't imagine that anyone had never had it before. It's incredibly easy, if not exactly healthy. LOL!
