How to make it
- Cook ground beef and drain well.
- Cut Velveeta into 1 inch chunks and put into sauce pan, over low heat.
- Stir in Ro-Tel, and cooked beef.
- Cook over low, stirring often, until cheese is melted. If mixture is too thick, add 1-2 tablespoons of milk.
- Serve with corn chips and enjoy.
