Chai Spice Cutouts

                    - 3 cups flour shopping list
- 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice shopping list
- 2 tsp ground ginger shopping list
- 1/2 tsp ground allspice shopping list
- 1/2 tsp ground cardamom shopping list
- 3 sticks butter shopping list
- 1 cup sugar shopping list
- 1/4 tsp salt shopping list
- 2 large egg yolks (I use egg beaters) shopping list
- 1 tsp vanilla shopping list
- colored sugar and prepared frosting for decorating shopping list
How to make it 
                    - In a large bowl, whisk together flour and spices. Set aside.
- Combine butter, sugar and salt in a large bowl, beat until smooth. add egg yolks one at a time and beat until smooth. Add vanilla.
- Add in flour mixture, 1 cup at a time until flully blended.
- Divid dough in half, wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Flour surface. roll out to 1/4 inch thickness and cut out shapes with cookie cutters.
- sprinkle with decorative sugar if desired. Bake until golden brown about 12 minutes.
- Cool.
- These can also be frosted.
- store in airtight container.
- Makes 3 dozen.
