Ingredients
  • 1.5 parts mandarin vodka
  • 1.5 parts Boiron Mango puree
  • 2 parts freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 part ginger-vanilla syrup*
  • 1 teaspoon pasteurized egg whites
  • Chilled seltzer water

Directions
  1. In a mixing glass, add vodka, mango puree, lemon juice, pasteurized egg whites and ginger-vanilla syrup ; shake until well blended.
  2. Strain into an ice filled Collins glass, spritz with soda.
  3. Garnish with a spear of fresh mango.
  4. * Add 1 part of peeled and sliced ginger and 1 sliced vanilla bean to one part of water and bring to a boil.
  5. Dissolve one part of sugar, return to a boil than reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
  6. Remove from heat and allow to cool.
  7. Strain.
