Ingredients
  • 2 pounds of Italian sausage
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 cup applesauce
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar (packed)

Directions
  1. First, preheat your oven to 325 degrees F.
  2. Brown sausage using a large skillet, then drain and cut into small bite-sized pieces.
  3. Next combine sausage, onion, applesauce, and brown sugar in a casserole dish.
  4. Finish up by baking at 325 degrees for 45 minutes and enjoy!
