How to make it

  • Dry then rub fish with salt and tumeric.
  • Heat ghee and fry fish until golden, set aside.
  • Add more oil, fry one onion with other spices until onions are crisp.
  • Lower heat, add yogurt until it simmers (bubbles),
  • Add fish, spooning hot yogurt over fish.
  • Continue simmering for 15mins.
  • Serve over rice, sprinkle w/ cilantro.
