Sloppy Joes Recipe

How to make it

  • In Dutch oven, cook ground beef and onions until ground beef is browned and onions are tender. Drain.
  • Combine ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper. Stir into ground beef mixture. Heat through. Serve on buns.

    This was very close to my mother's recipe, therefore mine! The only thing I add due to my husband's taste- is a few shakes of hot pepper flakes, just to give it more zing. But very very good.
