  • 20 (3 inch) wonton wrappers
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 2 small boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup fresh green beans, cut on the diagonal - 1/2 inch pieces
  • 1/4 cup reduced fat mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp reduced sodium soy sauce
  • 1/8 tsp ground pepper

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray mini muffin pan with cooking spray.
  2. Press 1 wonton wrapper in each muffin cup; spray with cooking spray. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown. Cool in pan on wire rack before filling.
  3. Place sesame seeds in shallow baking dish. Bake 5 minutes or until lightly toasted, stirring occassionally. Set aside to cool.
  4. Meanwhile, bring 2 cups of water to boil in saucepan. add chicken. Reduce heat and cook chicken until it is no longer pink; Add green beans after 7 minutes. Drain.
  5. Finely chop chicken. Place in bowl. Add beans and remaining ingredients. spoon slightly rounded tablespoon of chicken in each wonton cup.
