This is one of my kids favorite meals. And one they learned how to cook at an early age.

Ingredients
- 5 or 6 large potatoes, sliced or 1 bag frozen hash browns
- 1 onion chopped
- Garlic pepper
- Olive oil
- 2 cans chili
- 8 oz cheddar cheese, grated
- sour cream
Directions
- Fry potatoes and onions with garlic pepper in olive oil till done.
- Dump chili on top,
- Put lid on skillet and let cook till chili is hot.
- Top with cheese and let melt.
- Serve with sour cream.
