- 4 Large russet potatoes shopping list
- salt shopping list
- Non-Stick cooking spray shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat your oven to 425 degrees
- Wash the potatoes and cut into fry-size pieces (this depends on what you view as a fry size, feel free to use your judgement)
- In a large pot, put in your potatoe slices and cover with water
- Bring to a boil and cook until almost fork tender (time will vary depending on sizes and amount)
- Drain your potatoes and lay out evenly on a greased baking sheet
- Bake for 20 minutes or until the potatoes get a nice brown on top
- Flip over the potatoes and continue baking for an additional 5 minutes or until that side gets browned
- Sprinkle with salt immediately after removing from the oven
