Chicken cordon blue

goes great with a side salad, and even works great for left overs!
Ingredients
- chicken breast, enough for how ever many people are eating, like 3, cut in half and pounded works for 6 people. shopping list
- 1/2 cup butter shopping list
- 1 1/2 tsp rosemary shopping list
- 1 tsp thyme shopping list
- thin sliced deli ham, enough to cover chicken shopping list
- thin sliced swiss cheese, enough to cover chicken shopping list
- 1/2 cup flour shopping list
- toothpicks shopping list
How to make it
- pound the chicken breast flat
- melt butter, add rosemary and thyme, mix well
- brush each piece of chicken with the butter mixture
- cover each piece of chicken with the ham and swiss cheese
- roll up and secure with toothpicks
- roll in flour
- drizzle the rest of the butter mixture ove the chicken.
- bake on a baking sheet 20 min at 350, turn, and bake another 10 to 25 min. look at the chicken to make sure its done, but not over done.
