How to make it

  • pound the chicken breast flat
  • melt butter, add rosemary and thyme, mix well
  • brush each piece of chicken with the butter mixture
  • cover each piece of chicken with the ham and swiss cheese
  • roll up and secure with toothpicks
  • roll in flour
  • drizzle the rest of the butter mixture ove the chicken.
  • bake on a baking sheet 20 min at 350, turn, and bake another 10 to 25 min. look at the chicken to make sure its done, but not over done.
