Great German Apple cCake Recipe

Ingredients

How to make it

  • grease and flour a 9 by 13 pan
  • combine wet ingredients in bowl and beat well.
  • In a seperate bowl mix dry ingredients
  • Slowly add wet mixture to dry mixture
  • then fold in apples.
  • bake at 350 for 45 minutes
  • Frost with a cream cheese frosting.

    I'm really glad I happened upon your cake.

    This well be one recipe that will be made soon.

    I have an old Apple Tree outback,and I like making my own applesauce...your cake sounds like it would be moist,and not stay very long around here if I made it.

    this seems so easy - i've never seen a recipe quite like it, with apple sauce int he dough and apples folded right in. i have to make mine with special 'flour' and haven't baked much lately. but THIS i shall make, it sounds yummy! thank you for posting!
