This seems so easy - i've never seen a recipe quite like it, with apple sauce int he dough and apples folded right in. i have to make mine with special 'flour' and haven't baked much lately. but THIS i shall make, it sounds yummy! thank you for posting!

I have an old Apple Tree outback,and I like making my own applesauce...your cake sounds like it would be moist,and not stay very long around here if I made it.
