Pot Roast Recipe
This is a simple pot roast with a gravy that is INSANE! Your whole house will smell fabulous while cooking it.

Ingredients
  • One large cooking bag
  • Beef roast - 3 to 4 pounds
  • Vegetables of your choice - potatoes, onions, whole garlic, carrots, mushrooms, etc.
  • Can of Campbells' Golden Mushroom Soup
  • Packet of Lipton Onion Soup Mix
  • 1 tablespoon Worchestershire sauce
  • Hot sauce to taste

Directions
  1. Prep your roast and veggies;
  2. Put the roast and veggies in the cooking bag (in an appropriate size pan);
  3. Mix the soup, soup mix, Worchestershire, and hot sauce;
  4. Pour mixture over roast and veggies;
  5. Seal and vent cooking bag;
  6. Cook at 300 degrees for three hours.
  7. For a larger roast, double the soup and soup mix;
  8. Play with the seasoning to your own taste;
  9. Use the cheapest pot roast in the super market; it will turn out great!
  10. Save the leftovers! Makes a great hash the next day!
