Breakfast Panini Recipe

Ingredients

1 (12inch) hoagie roll

Garlic butter

2 slices yellow American cheese

4 slices deli ham

4 slices sweet roasted peppers

2 eggs

Directions

Cut roll open.

Spread butter on outside of roll.

Cut cheese in half, add the 4 halves to the bread.

Add the deli ham and sweet roasted peppers.

Fry the eggs, hard and add to roll.

Cut roll in half.

Grill in your panini press. Enjoy.

We absolutely love Panini's. I bought a small press, then got a bigger one. So much you can do on them besides sandwiches, but my favorite is the sandwich, they so crunchy, LOL I like crunchy.
