Smoked Sausage Stew

This is so hearty and warming, perfect for a cold night!
Ingredients
- 1 light or turkey kielbasa, sliced shopping list
- 1 can kidney beans, drained and rinsed shopping list
- 3 cans low fat low sodium chicken broth shopping list
- 2 cups water shopping list
- 1 cup barley shopping list
- 2 bay leaves shopping list
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder shopping list
- 1 tsp thyme shopping list
How to make it
- Put all ingredients into the crock pot
- Stir, cover, and cook on low for 8 hours
- Remove the bay leaves before serving
