This will cook itself and is a hearty satisfying and comforting dinner after a long day during the cold winter.
Add some crusty bread or rolls to make it perfect.

Ingredients
- 12 new potaotes (1 1/2 lbs) cut into fourths
- 1 medium onion, chopped (approx. 1/2 Cup)
- 1 8 ounce bag of baby carrots
- 1 package fresh shitake mushrooms, sliced (button may be used)
- 1 14 1/2 ounce can of diced tomoatoes, undrained
- 1 10 ounce can condensed beef broth
- 1/2 Cup flour
- 1 Tbl Worcestershire
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp dried marjoram leaves
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 lb beef stew meat cut into 1/2 inch pieces
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl, except beef
- Place in in a 3 1/2 to 4 qt crock pot.
- Add beef
- Cover and cook on low 8 to 9 hours or until vegetable are tender
- Stir well before serving
- 230 calories per serving
