This will cook itself and is a hearty satisfying and comforting dinner after a long day during the cold winter. Add some crusty bread or rolls to make it perfect.

Ingredients
  • 12 new potaotes (1 1/2 lbs) cut into fourths
  • 1 medium onion, chopped (approx. 1/2 Cup)
  • 1 8 ounce bag of baby carrots
  • 1 package fresh shitake mushrooms, sliced (button may be used)
  • 1 14 1/2 ounce can of diced tomoatoes, undrained
  • 1 10 ounce can condensed beef broth
  • 1/2 Cup flour
  • 1 Tbl Worcestershire
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp dried marjoram leaves
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 lb beef stew meat cut into 1/2 inch pieces

Directions
  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl, except beef
  2. Place in in a 3 1/2 to 4 qt crock pot.
  3. Add beef
  4. Cover and cook on low 8 to 9 hours or until vegetable are tender
  5. Stir well before serving
  6. 230 calories per serving
