Beef Stew With Shitake Mushrooms

- 12 new potaotes (1 1/2 lbs) cut into fourths shopping list
- 1 medium onion, chopped (approx. 1/2 Cup) shopping list
- 1 8 ounce bag of baby carrots shopping list
- 1 package fresh shitake mushrooms, sliced (button may be used) shopping list
- 1 14 1/2 ounce can of diced tomoatoes, undrained shopping list
- 1 10 ounce can condensed beef broth shopping list
- 1/2 Cup flour shopping list
- 1 Tbl Worcestershire shopping list
- 1 tsp salt shopping list
- 1 tsp sugar shopping list
- 1 tsp dried marjoram leaves shopping list
- 1/4 tsp pepper shopping list
- 1 lb beef stew meat cut into 1/2 inch pieces shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl, except beef
- Place in in a 3 1/2 to 4 qt crock pot.
- Add beef
- Cover and cook on low 8 to 9 hours or until vegetable are tender
- Stir well before serving
- 230 calories per serving
