Cabbage And Noodles Recipe

Ingredients

1 box bow tie pasta

1 head of cabbage (Chopped)

1 stick of salted butter

one large onion (chopped)

Salt

Pepper

Bread Crumbs

Directions

Cook pasta until done approximately 11 minutes

Melt Stick of Butter in Pan

Add chopped cabbage and cook until brown/soft

Halfway through cabbage cooking process add onion

Add Salt and Pepper to taste

Combine with Pasta

Add one cup or more of bread crumbs. (try Italian Bread Crumbs for more flavor)

The breadcrumbs are such a nice touch! I fry them slowly with some anchovy paste in garlic-infused olive oil...... adds a little punch which nicely rounds off the cabbage flavour.
