Tropical Sunshine Cake

I got this recipe from a can of evap. milk- It is so good!
Ingredients
- 1 yellow cake mix shopping list
- 1 can evaporated milk shopping list
- 2 large eggs shopping list
- 1 can crushed pineapple in juice- drained very well- juice reserved shopping list
- 1/2C slivered almonds shopping list
- 3/4C sifted powdered sugar shopping list
- 1C flaked coconut shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350
- Combine cake mix, evaporated milk and eggs
- Beat on low 2 minutes
- Stir in 1 cup pineapple
- Pour batter into 13x9 pan
- Sprinkle with almonds
- Bake 30-35 minutes
- Combine powdered sugar and 2T pineapple juice
- Mix until smooth
- Spread over warm cake
- Sprinkle with coconut and remaining pineapple
- Cool completely before serving.
