College Tator Tot Casserole Recipe

Ingredients

2 lb bag of frozen tater tots (any shape works)

1 lb (thawed) ground beef

1 lb frozen corn

1 can cream of chicken or cream of mushroom

6 slices of provolone cheese

1/2 of an onion or onion powder

Italian seasoning (optional)

hamburger seasoning

pepper

1/2 cup milk

1 egg

Directions

Begin to fry beef in skillet on medium

Add hamburger seasoning, onion, pepper, and Italian seasoning to beef

Allow to simmer while preparing other ingredients

Preheat oven to 450 degrees

Put down a layer of tater tots in a 13 x 9 pan, half of your tater tots should be left.

Pour corn over tater tots.

Lay out cheese evenly across the pan.

Mix soup from can with 1/2 cup of milk and 1 egg

Stir soup until the consistency is even

Pour the soup over the casserole to be

Once the hamburger is finished cooking, add the beef in

Lay on the remaining tater tots

Cover the pan with tin foil (shinny side down)

Bake for 30 minutes

Remove the tin foil

Bake for another 30 minutes while checking every 10 minutes

The dish is finished once the top is golden brown
