College Tator Tot Casserole

- 2 lb bag of frozen tater tots (any shape works) shopping list
- 1 lb (thawed) ground beef shopping list
- 1 lb frozen corn shopping list
- 1 can cream of chicken or cream of mushroom shopping list
- 6 slices of provolone cheese shopping list
- 1/2 of an onion or onion powder shopping list
- italian seasoning (optional) shopping list
- hamburger seasoning shopping list
- pepper shopping list
- 1/2 cup milk shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
How to make it
- Begin to fry beef in skillet on medium
- Add hamburger seasoning, onion, pepper, and Italian seasoning to beef
- Allow to simmer while preparing other ingredients
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees
- Put down a layer of tater tots in a 13 x 9 pan, half of your tater tots should be left.
- Pour corn over tater tots.
- Lay out cheese evenly across the pan.
- Mix soup from can with 1/2 cup of milk and 1 egg
- Stir soup until the consistency is even
- Pour the soup over the casserole to be
- Once the hamburger is finished cooking, add the beef in
- Lay on the remaining tater tots
- Cover the pan with tin foil (shinny side down)
- Bake for 30 minutes
- Remove the tin foil
- Bake for another 30 minutes while checking every 10 minutes
- The dish is finished once the top is golden brown
