Hi, I'm new here. I just joined today, but I've gotten recipes from this site before. I made this recipe last nite, and it just wasn't seasoned enough. Maybe doubling up on the seasonings or adding some Seafood seasoning may help. However, I really loved the way my flounder browned up. Very nice golden color. I also think that 7 mins. is a little too long to fry the flounder, 4-5 mins. should suffice.
