Ingredients

How to make it

  • Place oil or butter in skillet and set to low-med heat to get good and warm while preparing your fish. Warm oil makes them crispy.
  • Mix seasonings and flour in freezer bag, set aside.
  • Beat eggs in bowl, set aside.
  • Crush pretzels, place on plate.
  • Take a fillet, place in bag, coat well with flour.
  • Then place it in egg, covering well.
  • Then roll in crushed pretzels.
  • Place in already warm oil/butter.
  • Repeat with other fillets.
  • Cook over medium heat, turning once, until golden brown (12-15 min), or until fish flakes easily with fork.
  • I served this with a veggie fried rice and a cucumber, tomato and onion salad, it was great.
  • ENJOY! :o)

Wow! This one sounds delicious! Perch is good alone, but this recipe makes it sound all the more better!
